Micro-Urban Radio

Micro-urban radio is a show driven by the eclectic knowledge of a couple of Native Urbanians that have been shaped and inspired by music [local and otherwise] in tandem with various broad-reaching social issues, themes, and their local incarnations. The first fifteen minutes of the show is dedicated to kids. The Kid’s Quarter is a segment designed for all kids, young and old, who need to get to bed. Creative arrangements, readings of children’s stories and other hootenanny are part of this segment that is an entertaining swan song to another day in the micro-urban childhood. Past tense is brought to present sense on Tuesday nights from 9-11 as your micro-urban radio plays new sonic creations, long-time favorites, live performance, chat, and a whole lot of oh yeah.
